Dean's Student Advisory Board Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on the newly implemented Dean’s Student Advisory Board for the College of Education and Human Services. If selected, it will be necessary to participate in as many monthly meetings and other outside events, if possible. Please return the following application, along with the two professor recommendation forms to the Student Government Office in 029H of the Student Union by 5:00p.m. on Tuesday November 10, 2009.
